This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled on our website.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

A return or replacement is accepted only if:
The product is received damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered
The product is missing required parts or accessories
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with images or video proof.
Returns are not accepted for:
Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defect)
Items without original packaging
Software, downloadable products, or activation keys
Clearance or final-sale items
Products marked "Non-Returnable"
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time is 5–10 business days after inspection
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
If possible, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund. If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal of the package:
Re-shipping charges must be paid again
Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
